Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of rejam (rejam.app). By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to them. rejam is operated by an independent developer based in Brazil.

What rejam does

You give rejam a link to a song. rejam downloads the audio, sends it to a third-party AI service, and returns re-recordings of that song in a musical genre you pick. Each generation produces three versions. You can listen for free; downloading requires a paid credit pack.

Your account

• Accounts are handled by Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
• Each new account receives one free credit. Creating multiple accounts to collect additional free credits is not allowed and may result in suspension.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Credits and payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe. rejam never receives or stores your card details.
• Credits are a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• 1 credit = 1 generation of one song in one genre, returning three versions.
• Generating the same song in a different genre, or generating an additional take of a genre you already have, each costs another credit.
• If a song and genre have already been generated before, you receive the existing result at no cost and no credit is spent.
• Credits do not expire.
• Prices are shown before checkout in the currency you are charged in.

Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — just ask. Credits already spent on a generation cannot be refunded, because the computing cost is paid to the AI provider the moment you press generate.

If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. If that does not happen, contact us and we will fix it.

Content and rights

• You confirm that you have the right to submit each song you process, and that doing so does not break the law or any agreement you are bound by.
• Outputs are derivative works of recordings and compositions that usually belong to someone else. rejam grants you no licence to the original song, its recording, its lyrics, or its publishing rights.
• Treat outputs as being for personal, non-commercial use. Publishing, distributing, monetising or releasing them commercially requires clearing the rights with the relevant owners yourself. That responsibility is entirely yours.
• We remove content on valid copyright complaint, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly cause them.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass credits, authentication, or payment.
• Do not automate, scrape, overload or resell access to the service.
• Do not use rejam to create material that is illegal, or that impersonates a person in a deceptive or harmful way.

Availability and warranty

rejam is provided as is. AI output is unpredictable by nature — we do not promise any particular quality, faithfulness or result, and taste is not a defect. The service depends on third parties and may be unavailable, slow, or changed at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to rejam is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or third-party claims arising from how you use the output.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using rejam and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. If we close your account without cause, we refund unused credits.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use rejam after a change means you accept the updated terms.
